May I take this opportunity to remind all members attending this years Conference in Shenzhen in October to double check the Visa requirements to enter China. Do you need a visa travelling from your country, or your passport ?.

China has arrangements with many countries where you do not need a Visa – Check if this applies to your country. If your country doe not have an exemption then you should apply for a Visa right away. Do not leave it to the last minute as these can take 4- 8 weeks in some regions.

If you need a Visa you may also require a letter of invitation from ASA Network to attend the conference or an invitation from our host member Eastrong International Logistics, if this is a requirement then let me or Roy, know right away and we can organise this for you.

Every year we get a couple of members that have left it to late to get their Visa, please make sure this will not apply to you.

This years conference is already looking like it will be bigger than last years if you have not yet booked your place please do so now.  If you need a Visa apply now don’t leave it until another day.

We are looking forward to meeting all our old friends and making new ones this year in Shenzhen.

We ask that you make your bookings as quickly as possible as we are now running approx. a month behind our normal schedule due to having to switch venues.  We need your cooperation with early bookings in order that we can meet our commitments with the hotel. Dear Members, due to the continued war spreading across the Arabian Guld Region we have decided to move our conference from Dubai to Shenzhen which was a very popular choice of our members earlier this year.
