During the 4 days Conference/Meetings we will be providing all conference facilities including Lunch, Tea/Coffee breaks and Evening Dinners.
Starting with Sunday afternoon registration, followed in the evening with a «Getting to know you party» with free flow food and drinks included. A great time to meet old and make new friends during the course of the evening
Monday morning: 08.30 early registration open. Opening Conference remarks and introductions. New ASA member presentations. Guest presentations. Photo shoot.
Afternoon starts the one to one meetings with allocated tables with pre-bookings
In the evening dinner will be in the Marriott Marquis Hotel.
Tuesday: all day one to one meetings, and in the evening we will have a special celebration dinner at a surprise venue.
Wednesday: Morning conference finish one to one meetings, with special presentations.
After lunch there will be the option to continue one to one meetings or to join a sightseeing tour for those that would like to see a bit of Bangkok.
