The booking system is now open on the ASA website www.asanetwork.org This years ASA Conference which will be held in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Budapest, Hungary from the 12-15th October inclusive.
ASA Conference fees its only EUR 650/person.. Don’t delay –Book your conference place now, directly via the ASA-Website www.asanetwork.org Menu button – Conferences/Meetings and make your booking.
Please make your booking as soon as possible as we have negotiated an Early Bird ASA special booking room rates available from now to 31st March 2024 with the Radisson Blu Hotel. Once you have booked your conference place Roy, will be provide you with a link to the hotel to take advantage of these rates.
During the 4 days Conference/Meetings we will be providing all conference facilities including Lunch, Tea/Coffee breaks and Evening Dinners.
Starting Sunday evening with a “Getting to know you party” with free flow food and drinks included. A great time to meet old and make new friends during the course of the evening, There will also be a Lucky dip prize draw.
Monday morning: 08.30 early registration open. Opening Conference remarks and introductions. Guest presentations. Photo shoot. followed by Lunch.
Monday afternoon starts the one to one meetings with allocated tables with pre-bookings for face-to face meetings.
In the evening dinner will be in the Radisson Blu Hotel.
Tuesday: All day one to one meetings, and in the evening we will have a special celebration dinner.
Wednesday: All day one to one meetings, with special presentations later in the afternoon.
