Hi all, we are again this year going to run our Lucky Dip prize draw, as it has gone down so well the past 2 years.

Important if there is more than one member in your party then please bring a small gift from each one in the party so each person will be in the draw. This includes any guests

Secondly if you are the company contact, please pass this email onto all persons attending the conference.

We ask that each member attending brings along a small gift it can be anything, preferably from your country or city, it can be an ornament, clothing, food or drink, example whisky from Scotland. we suggest a value from USD 10-35 but there is no limit.

The way the Lucky Dip works is you hand in your gift to Satheesh (running the draw) on entering the “Cocktail Party” and he will in turn give you a Lucky Dip numbered ticket for the draw later in the evening.

We thank you for your participation of this draw, and look forward to meeting you all.

Many thanks

Best regards

Robert
