Dear Members, Further to my email earlier this month advising we will be moving our conference this year from Dubai to Shenzhen in October 2026.

The dates remain the same 18-21st October 2026.  We have booked this with the JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen, its a great hotel with lovely gardens and all the facilities you need, its location is very central to main areas of Shenzhen city..

We ask that you make your bookings as quickly as possible as we are now running approx. a month behind our normal schedule due to having to switch venues.  We need your cooperation with early bookings in order that we can meet our commitments with the hotel. We in turn will do our utmost to make it the best conference yet.

To make your bookings go to www.asanetwork.org  Click on menu “Meetings & Conferences” and it will bring up a simple booking form, along with more details of the conference.

Dear Members, due to the continued war spreading across the Arabian Guld Region we have decided to move our conference from Dubai to Shenzhen which was a very popular choice of our members earlier this year.

The dates will remain the same 18-21st October 2026.  At this moment in time I can’t yet confirm the hotel detail as we are still in the process of finalising this but hope to be able to confirm this by the end of next week.

We ask that you make a note in your diaries to attend this years conference which we will do our upmost to make it the best conference yet.
