HAPPY NEW YEAR
On behalf of Roy, myself and Alex we would like to wish you and your families a Happy & Prosperous New Year and one filled with lots of happy memories.
We would like to kick this off by announcing after conducting a lengthy survey with members for the choice of venue, the number one pick for this years ASA Conference & Meeting was Dubai UAE. This we will hold in the month of October 2026.
We are still in the throws of finalising exact dates and the hotel venue, but hope to be able to announce these later this month, but we ask you all provisionally block of space in October in your new diary’s to be able to attend.
We fully expect this years conference to be the largest ever held as a result of the responses we had to the survey.
During the 4 days Conference/Meetings we will be providing all conference facilities including Lunch, Tea/Coffee breaks and Evening Dinners.
As usual we will kick off on a Sunday evening with a “Getting to know you party” with free flow food and drinks included. A great time to meet old and make new friends during the course of the evening, There will also be a Lucky dip prize draw.
Monday morning: 08.30 early registration open. Opening Conference remarks and introductions. Guest presentations. Photo shoot. followed by Lunch.
Monday afternoon starts the one to one meetings with allocated tables with pre-bookings for face-to face meetings.
In the evening dinner will be in the selected hotel.
Tuesday: All day one to one meetings, and in the evening we will have a special celebration dinner at a surprise venue.
Wednesday: All day one to one meetings, with special presentations later in the afternoon. We will also look to arrange a tour or special event later in the afternoon.
