Hi All,  I noticed recently more and more members are using WhatsApp regarding requesting information on representation in various countries, instead of referring to the ASA Directory that will have all the information on members in the required country. Maybe some find it easier to use their phone and WhatsApp than to refer to the ASA Directory also available on the phone.

Secondly, may I remind you if replying to an inquiry for a specific country, that you only reply providing details of the ASA member for that specific country, and not suggesting another ASA member in a different country can handle this, or even worse recommending an agent that’s not a member of ASA Network. I have seen recently seen examples of both of the above on WhatsApp and this is not fair to the ASA member of the specific country.
