ASA Conference/Meeting 2023 1st – 4th October 2023
Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity – New Delhi, India.
Dear Members We are pleased to be able to advise we have now finalised the arrangements for this year Conference/Meeting, it will be held in the Pride Plaza Hotel in Aerocity, a special Hotel complex area near the airport, similar to that of the area in Dubai of our last meeting.
We have negotiated a very special hotel rate inclusive of breakfast, WiFi, Gym, and pool. Its based on early Bird booking special rate which will only be available for booking by 31st May thereafter the hotel will increase the special rate by approx. 25% still lower than their normal rate.
This year will also be a special year for ASA as it’s our 20th Anniversary so we hope we can make it a bit special.
We always start the conference on a Sunday evening 1st October with a “Getting to know you cocktail party” normally held in the hotel or grounds.
We will be working on an agenda for the first day “Monday” Tuesday and Wednesday morning will be members meeting each other in 1-2-1 together. On Wednesday afternoon we will also offer a sightseeing tour for those that would like to see a bit of Delhi.
During the 3 days Conference/Meetings we will be providing all conference facilities including Lunch, Tea/Coffee breaks and evening Dinner.
